How to place an order

To start your order, you can use the search menu, search field on the top right of the page or browse through our catalogue to find your desired items. At the right side of every item's page you can find a dark green button "Order now" for items in stock, or a light green "Pre-order" button for items expected to be in our stock in near future. To add the item to your shopping cart you can press this button. When you add at least one item to your shopping cart, on the top of all site pages you will see the total cost of items in the shopping cart and a button "Order".

Please press the "Check-out" button on the top of the page or the orange button with "Check-out" on the item's page when you want to finalize your order. You will see a list of items in your shopping cart and you can change the quantity of each item and also remove any items. Here you can enter your personal discount promo-code if you have one. Please confirm all the updates by pressing the "Update" button that appears instead of the "Check-out" button.

Please press the "Check-out" button to add your personal data to your order in the next step. Please fill in your full name, address and phone number (optional) very carefully. This data will be automatically copied to the address label. In the next step you can press the "Confirm order" button. The following page will display the number and other details of your order. An order confirmation and a message with payment instructions will be send to your email address provided by you. Please don't forget to check the inbox with unwanted emails as sometimes these automated emails will end up as spam.

In case any of the items are not in our stock, your order will be split and you will receive an invoice for the items in stock. You will only be invoiced after items have arrived to our stock.
