We do our best to satisfy you with a high quality of your desired models. We take a look at items in your order to be sure the outside box is undamaged and no loose details. We pack all items in strong, thick carton boxes to be sure that you will receive a compelete order without any damage. However, in some very rare cases, we still to have make a return or an exchange.

In case of a damaged item we will be very grateful, if you add pictures to your message.

ScaleCar offers the return of goods within 14 calendar days if the item is in a new, unopened condition.

After return of the item your payment will be refunded within 14 calendar days.
